How Pimlico receives, uses, protects and retains information connected with website enquiries and services.
Who we are
This is the website of Pimlico Instal, at https://pimlico.ro. Pimlico may also receive information when you contact the business by telephone, email or WhatsApp.
Enquiries and job information
When you ask for help, Pimlico may receive your name, telephone number, email, service address, photos and details of the requested work. This is used to answer, assess and schedule the enquiry, provide quotes and invoices, meet legal duties and support warranty records.
The contact form
When you submit the form, your name, contact details, area and message reach a secured function hosted by Vercel. Vercel BotID processes technical request signals to limit automated traffic. After validation, Resend delivers the form content to the Gmail inbox used by Pimlico. The form accepts no files and sends no automatic reply.
Measurement, and the choice you are given
Google Tag Manager is installed on this site. It is the panel through which measurement tools — Google Analytics, Google Ads conversion measurement and Microsoft Clarity — are switched on, so which of them are running can change without this page changing. What cannot change without your permission is whether they store anything: analytics and advertising storage start denied on every visit, and a CookieYes banner asks you to decide.
Before you answer, and after
Until you accept, Google’s tags may send a signal that stores nothing on your device, carries no identifier and cannot be tied to you or to a later visit. Accept, and those tools may store cookies that count visits, connect an enquiry back to the advert or search that led to it, and replay anonymised page interaction. Decline, and nothing optional is stored. You can change or withdraw the answer at any time through Cookie settings in the footer of every page.
Measurement of delivered enquiries and WhatsApp clicks
Only after Resend accepts a form does the server send Google Analytics a generate_lead event with a new random identifier and three technical values: the contact_form source, the pimlico_contact form ID and one millisecond of engagement. It contains no name, phone number, email, area, message or IP address and creates no reusable visitor profile. A click on a WhatsApp link may be recorded separately through Google Tag Manager as a WhatsApp conversion under the consent rules above; only the action type is sent, never the number or message content.
Hosting and information collected automatically
The site is hosted on Vercel and its images are served from Vercel Blob storage. As with any web host, technical request information such as an IP address may be processed to deliver pages and maintain security.
Embedded and third-party content
Pages load the consent banner from CookieYes, and some pages embed a Google Maps view of the registered address. Those requests reach CookieYes and Google, which may process technical information such as an IP address and, within the map frame, set their own cookies under their own terms. Pimlico does not control that processing. The site’s typeface is self-hosted, so no font request leaves the site.
Sharing
Enquiry and job information is shared only where necessary, including with Vercel for hosting and protection, Resend for sending and receiving email, and Google Gmail for the destination inbox, as well as with payment or accounting providers or authorities where required by law. It is never sold.
Retention
Enquiry, invoice, accounting and warranty information is kept only as long as needed for the service and the applicable administrative, legal, tax, security or warranty obligations.
Your rights
If you have provided personal information, you can request a copy of eligible data and ask for eligible information to be corrected or deleted. Records that must be retained for administrative, legal or security purposes are excluded. Contact info@pimlico.ro to make a privacy request.
